Perfect location, need renovation

Very good location central chinatown, not too noisy. Easy to find, many restaurants and shops nearby. Two minute walks from Buddha Tooth Relic Temple

Transit short stay. Would not stay here again.

Location, near shops, food and transport. Air con worked well hot water good. Friendly staff. Clean new towels. Was cheap compared to other hotels as only transit to another destination.

Stairs as there was no lift but knew before we got there. No hair dryer and only one bath towel each. No hand towel. The bathroom did not not look like the pictures as the grouting on the tiles was mouldy and disgusting. Lots of tiles were broken or missing. Lucky it was only three nights stay.

The only reason to go is the location

Location is in China town, perfect for starting your day in a great surrounding. It is quite at night.

Staff was so rude and not helpful. From the moment we entered until we left (3 nights stay) they completely ignored us. Room was too tiny compared to the pictures shown and not clean at all. For the price they ask and the bad quality they give, not even complimentary water in the room. No lift.

I would rate it much higher if it wasnt for the overall low cleanliness level

Location was great, and the staff were polite and helpful.

The bed and bathroom was clean and ok. The shower door was semi broken, upon reporting the issue to the staff no action have been taken by them. One power outlet was loose. The biggest problem of all was that the rest of the room looked like it wasn’t cleaned since COVID. There were massive spider webs on the walls, some spider eggs on the ceiling, water damage near the AC unit, but the worst offender was the carpet and the area beneath the wardrobe. I was terrified to find 1/2 of a bra, covid masks, and other stuff with 3-4cm layer of dust and debris there.

Room, Facilities & service are BAD. But Location of the property is very accessible to everything

The location is very convenient. Close to MRT station, and restaurants.

The facilities it smells old and dusty. The night when we arrived, the smell of the hotel is the first thing that caught my attention. If you know the smell of old books and old wood all together, I guess that’s how it is. The room smells awful like windows haven’t been opened for decades. The Indian receptionist was kinda sarcastic, she did not even greeted us when we entered the hotel’s entrance door. Looks like she’s in a bad mood, without smiling the whole check in process.

Great location, staff were friendly.

Aircon didn't seem to be cold blowing out room temperature air, when you stepped into the hallway it was very noticeable. Not very clean. Had to ask for an extra bed sheet both nights as the bed is half made. Room and bathroom could use a deep clean, mouldy shower curtain, found hairs on the sheets No where to store bags except on the floor. Dirty crockery that we didn't use. Need more clothes hangers to air out clothes as it's so humid and wet.

It was a so so experience. If you want to stay in a warm and friendly place, this is not for you

Just the location. We were deceived by the photos they uploaded here. The actual room and hotel looks different.

Most of the staff/receptionist weren't friendly and welcoming at all except for one, the long hair and younger indian girl.

The location is superb, right in Chinatown

The bathroom configuration is odd with not enough room to sit on the toilet prop[erly. The shower was broken so had to be used as a hand shower.

the room had damp coming in along the wall, no plug in the bath, very very tired room, badly needs refurbishing. It could be a great little hotel, but just a place to sleep at the moment.

The location is fantastic and the cleaner is very helpful every day. The cleaner helped us with our luggage when checking out which was highly appreciated. The staff were always happy to call a taxi for us when needed.

3rd floor no elevator and when we checked in there was no-one to help with the luggage up all the stairs and we are not young. Couldn't walk around the bed, had to jump over each other (once again hard at our age) - however, saw other rooms when left open for cleaning and I think room 301 (and probably room 201 below it) are the smallest in the house. The toilet is so close to the shower screen you hit you hid as you sit down and my husband had to ride it side saddle. Desperately needs renovating. Double sheets on a queen bed.

My stay was what I expected, because this was my second visit to this hotel.

The best part about this hotel is its location. Otherwise, it's just okay - though the desk staff are great.

The carpet in my room was very old and stained, and the aircon was noisy.
